We are a family-owned business founded by (father) Bill George and (son) Mike George in Holden, MA.

We specialize in building new custom homes in the Worcester area and throughout central Massachusetts.  We work with individuals and families who want to build their dream homes from the ground up.

Our process begins at the very beginning – with finding your lot.

If you don’t already have a lot, we can show you some of the lots we own in developing neighborhoods, or we can help you find a lot in the town of choice.

With your lot in place, we can work with you at every step of the construction process – from land development and home design to home construction and interior/exterior design.

Remodeling Too

We started in this business 2003 doing remodeling work – renovating single-family and multi-family homes and condos.

And we still provide those services – home additions, interior renovations, roofing and siding, windows and doors, and kitchens and baths.

A New Path in 2006

In 2006, our business took a new path as we started to purchase land for future development.

We now own properties (both lots and homes) in several developing neighborhoods in central Massachusetts.

Before Construction

Unlike many in our field, we didn’t grow up in the construction industry.  Bill (dad) enjoyed a successful career in hospital financial management, while Mike is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
